The CORE Model is grounded in a systematic, strategic and process-oriented approach to working effectively in one's vocation. It promotes officer and organizational wellness and integrity-based leadership. We think of it as an operating system or lens for people who work in all levels of the public-safety professions. In CORE Strength’s sequenced training program, participants are equipped to cope with the increasing stresses of their work and to thrive in spite of critical challenges. CORE Strength addresses the whole person and is designed to instill a positive, integrity-oriented identity and corresponding behaviors in participants.
